Order Processing/Production Times

In order to reduce waste and inventory costs, we currently follow a made on demand structure so all items will be made after you order it Please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment time of the items in your order. 90% of orders are sent out within 5 business days.

Shipping times

We use a variety of carriers such as USPS and DHL so shipping times will vary on location and carrier.

Generally it takes 3-5 Business Days After Production of Goods for your items to arrive.

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers will be uploaded automatically after your order has been created and packaged. Please allow up to 24 hours after completion for tracking numbers to upload.

If you still have not received your tracking number past that period, please contact us through the contact form.

Delivery Information

Hentiles is not liable for the physical delivery of packages, nor are we responsible for stolen or mishandled packages.

Please contact the chosen shipping carrier for more information about the whereabouts of your package.

To prevent stolen packages please do not leave them outside on your front door or porch and be present on the estimated delivery day.

International Orders

Shipping times will be extended to 2 weeks or more. Please be prepared to pay any customs or import fees for delivery.
